Job Description
全球頂尖量化交易團隊擴大亞洲市場布局，現正招募具台灣選擇權市場經驗之交易人才，加入專注台股指數與股票選擇權之核心交易團隊。
團隊提供高度自動化交易環境、頂尖交易系統、深度流動性與具競爭力之風控架構，適合熱愛市場、具備交易敏銳度與策略思維的人才加入。
🔹 Responsibilities
• 負責台股指數與股票選擇權交易，進行即時部位與風險管理
• 分析市場流向、波動率結構與市場微結構，掌握交易機會
• 持續優化 pricing、execution 與 risk management 策略
• 執行 post-trade analysis，提升交易決策與策略表現
• 協助強化交易工具、監控系統與流程穩定性
• 與研究員、風控及開發團隊於高壓交易環境中密切合作
🔹 Requirements
• 具 Equity / Index Options Trader 經驗，熟悉台灣市場（如 TXO）尤佳
• 擁有穩定交易績效與良好風險管理能力
• 深入理解 Options Theory、Volatility 與 Market Microstructure
• 能兼顧系統化與 discretionary trading 模式
• 高抗壓、反應快速，能即時處理交易問題
• 具分析能力、細節導向且持續追求優化
• 良好溝通能力，適應團隊合作環境
• 對金融市場具高度熱情與學習動能

• 曾接觸自動化／高頻交易系統（HFT）
• 熟悉台灣市場制度與交易生態
• 具 Python、R 等程式能力者佳
• 具跨資產類別交易經驗尤佳
