工作內容

領導並培育跨技術棧的軟體工程團隊

定義桌面應用、後端服務與硬體整合的技術藍圖
-
設計與審查系統架構（App / Service / Driver / Firmware Integration）
-
與韌體、硬體、QA、營運團隊密切合作，確保產品整體品質
-
主導 Release、CI/CD、版本管理與自動化驗證
-
處理 Production 問題與跨層級 Debug
使用的技術
-
Electron / React / TypeScript
-
C# / .NET
-
Backend API / Microservices
-
AWS（Lambda、RDS、DynamoDB 等）
-
USB / HID / Serial / BLE
-
CI/CD、Git、Agile / Scrum

Requirements
需求條件
- 8 年以上軟體開發經驗
- 2 年以上團隊管理與技術領導經驗
- 具桌面應用與硬體整合相關背景
- 熟悉跨系統 Debug 與 Production 維運
- 能以英文進行日常工作溝通
加分條件
- Consumer Hardware / IoT 經驗
- Windows Driver 或低階系統經驗
- Embedded / Firmware 協作經驗
