Job Description
有別於前期提供留學、遊學顧問的角色，美國求職顧問主要協助『已在赴美就讀大學/研究所的留學生』，提供專業諮詢服務之於美國簽證限制、在校規劃、求職策略、履歷技巧以及面試準備等。
主要職責:
- 客戶服務與運營 (50%)：根據客戶需求提供專業的美國求職建議服務以及未來待辦事項、時程規劃等，管理客戶關係，並追蹤交付成果與時間表。優化內部流程提高效率。
- 業務發展與成長 (50%)：建立與組織、大學及業界專業人士的戰略合作夥伴關係，管理社交媒體帳號，並辨別新的業務開發機會以協助公司擴展。

Requirements
資格要求:
- 商業、工程或相關領域的學士學位。
- 英語與中文需流利（書面及口說）。
- 熟悉美國求職平台及求職過程。
- 有社交媒體管理、數位廣告、SEO、內容創建或線上社群互動的經驗。
- 良好的組織與多任務處理能力。
- 善於組織、統整、注重細節並具有有效的溝通技巧。
- 能夠自主管理並具備主動解決問題的態度。
- 熟悉Google Suite（文檔、表格、簡報）。
優先資格 (非必須):
- 擁有美國大學的商業、工程或相關領域學位。
- 在美國的工作或實習經驗。
- 有人力資源或職業諮詢經驗。
- 具有創業公司或面向客戶的工作經驗。
- 能夠分析數據並創建報告。
- 具有活動策劃或夥伴關係拓展經驗。
