Job Description
我們正在協助一家具指標性的電商平台品牌，尋找一位具備數據分析力與策略視野的 廣告投放主管。
此角色將帶領 3 位夥伴，整合媒體資源、優化廣告效益，並推動整體行銷流量與轉換成長。
🔥 工作內容

廣告策略與媒體採購：依據行銷目標與預算，規劃媒體組合與投放策略，並定期提出優化建議。

成效追蹤與數據分析：熟悉 GA4 與廣告成效追蹤工具，負責監控成效、回報數據、優化投放表現。

自營與外部投放管理：操作並管理 Google Ads、Meta Ads、LINE OA 與 LINE LAP 等廣告渠道。

異業與聯盟合作：規劃與執行聯盟行銷，擴展平台曝光與導流成效。

廣告版位與業務支援：負責內部廣告版位規劃與銷售策略，與供應商及品牌客戶協作推進行銷案。
Requirements
🪩 理想人選條件
✔ 具 3 年以上數位媒體操作或廣告代理經驗（熟悉媒體購買與帳戶優化）
✔ 熟悉 GA4、Google Ads、Meta Ads、LINE Ads Platform (LAP) 等操作
✔ 具備良好的數據分析、消費者行為洞察與 ROI 評估能力
✔ 具備跨部門溝通協調、提案簡報與商業談判技巧
✔ 若具電商行銷 或 聯盟行銷經驗尤佳
