- Lead frontend architecture and design-system evolution (modular, typed, testable, maintainable).
- Plan and deliver features from 0→1 and 1→N with design and product; ship MVPs, run experiments, and iterate quickly.
- Connect backend services and databases with a full-stack mindset; design clean APIs and set up observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Own performance and reliability (Core Web Vitals, caching, code-splitting, error tracking); define quality bars and automate via CI/CD.
- Provide technical leadership: code reviews, pairing, engineering guidelines, and mentorship for 2–3 engineers; drive cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web development; proven ability to turn ambiguity into scoped plans and lead projects across teams.
- Strong TypeScript plus proficiency in one modern frontend framework (React / Vue / Svelte); deep focus on component design and testability.
- Backend capability in at least one environment (Node.js / Go / Python); solid database modeling and API design (REST or GraphQL).
- Hands-on system design and performance tuning: caching, async workflows, concurrency control, resilience patterns; solid unit/integration/E2E testing practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; clear on trade-offs and prioritization; comfortable reading specs and writing technical docs in English.
