Job Description
- 開發潛在品牌客戶及廣告代理商夥伴，建立並維護長期合作關係。
- 深入了解客戶行銷目標與商業需求，規劃結合廣告投放、消費者洞察及 AI 行銷工具的整合解決方案。
- 負責陌生開發、需求訪談、提案簡報、商務談判至成交的完整業務流程。
- 經營既有客戶關係，發掘續約、升級及交叉銷售機會。
- 關注數位行銷、零售媒體及電商市場趨勢，提出市場洞察與業務優化建議。
- 達成公司訂定之業績目標，並透過績效制度獲得相應獎勵。
Requirements
- 具 2 年以上數位廣告、媒體代理商、行銷服務或相關業務經驗。
- 熟悉數位廣告生態及主流廣告平台運作概念（如 Meta、Google 等）。
- 具備提案簡報及商務溝通能力，能獨立執行業務開發與客戶經營工作。
- 具備積極主動的工作態度，並擁有強烈的目標達成意識與業績導向思維。
加分條件
- 曾任職於廣告代理商、媒體公司或相關產業，具業務或客戶服務經驗。
具品牌客戶開發或代理商合作維繫實務經驗。
對電商產業、零售科技、數位行銷或品牌經營領域具高度興趣。
樂於接觸新興廣告科技、數據應用及 AI 行銷工具。
