Job Description
- 業務推進與成交：開發潛在品牌客戶，精準釐清行銷痛點，推進並促成 MarTech 數據行銷解決方案之成交。
- 顧問式行銷規劃：深入了解品牌行銷需求，提供個人化行銷模組、CRM 及自動化行銷工具的導入與最佳應用建議。
- 營運優化與成效追蹤：結合品牌客戶的行銷檔期與節奏，協助規劃會員經營方案，並持續追蹤數據成效與提出優化策略。
- 客戶關係深化：持續維繫並深化一線品牌客戶合作關係，提升產品使用率、顧客黏著度與續約意願。
- 推廣活動參與：協助主管規劃並執行線上講座、實體工作坊等行銷推廣活動，傳遞團隊產品與服務之核心價值。
Requirements
- 產業經驗：具備 2年以上數位行銷、電商、SaaS 或行銷科技（MarTech）相關工作經驗，對品牌經營與數據應用有實務理解。
- 零售洞察：熟悉零售與電商產業生態，深刻理解品牌在「流量轉換、會員回購、CRM 經營」上的痛點與商業節奏。
- 提案與顧問能力：具備優秀的簡報、提案與顧問式銷售（Consultative Selling）能力，能將複雜的數據與技術價值清晰傳達給客戶。
- 客戶經營與溝通：具備面對面拜訪與服務中大型客戶的實務經驗，擅長建立信任感並深化合作關係。
- 個人特質：具備強烈的目標導向與主動性，能獨立推進任務、解決問題並承受適度業績壓力。
