・帶領團隊規劃並執行年度甜點開發專案，從研發到上市全程掌握
・結合市場數據與消費趨勢，開發具創意與商業價值的新產品
・與行銷、採購、通路等部門協作，確保新品開發與上市節奏一致
・監控供應商品質與生產進度，確保穩定供應與產品品質
・持續追蹤商品表現並優化產品線，推動品牌成長
Requirements
✨ 我們期待你具備：
✔ 5 年以上餐點／甜點產品開發經驗
✔ 具備團隊管理與跨部門協作能力
✔ 熟悉食品研發流程與供應鏈管理
✔ 對甜點市場與消費趨勢具高度敏銳度
✔ 若具連鎖品牌商品開發經驗更佳 🍩
