團隊屬於集團內部的關鍵技術單位，後端工程師能深度參與 雲端服務設計、核心系統演進與平台化建設，在大型組織中保有清楚的技術角色與發展路徑，適合希望兼顧 穩定度與技術深度 的資深後端人才。
工作內容
-
參與雲端平台與核心後端系統的設計、開發與維護
-
開發與優化支援產品與服務的後端 API 與系統模組
-
與 Cloud / Infra / Product 等團隊協作，解決實際系統與服務層問題
-
持續改善系統穩定性、效能表現與可維運性
-
於資深或 Staff 層級，能在專案中擔任技術關鍵角色，參與設計討論與技術決策
使用的技術
-
Backend Development：Go / Java / Node.js（依團隊與系統）
-
RESTful API、Service-oriented / Platform Architecture
-
Linux Server Environment
-
Database（RDBMS / NoSQL）設計與系統優化
-
CI/CD、Version Control、Monitoring / Debugging tools
-
具 Cloud Platform 或大型系統經驗者
Requirements
需求條件
-
5 年以上後端軟體開發經驗（Go / Java / Node.js 其一或多項）
-
具備良好的系統設計概念，理解穩定度、效能與可維護性的取捨
-
能獨立負責後端服務或系統模組，並清楚說明技術設計思路
-
重視程式碼品質與長期系統健康度
-
曾參與雲端平台、核心系統或大型產品後端經驗者加分
