Cake – a professional headhunting firm in Asia is on behalf of our client, an international-invested company specializing in BPO and Digital Services, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Representative (B2B) to become the pioneers for their companies in Japan.
Location: Fukuoko, Japan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Representative's role includes supervising branch operations, assessing the local market, securing new projects and clients, negotiating contracts with Japanese clients, and building essential customer connections. Furthermore, the position entails maintaining customer databases, producing sales reports for the Japanese market, and actively participating in marketing and business networking to bolster the branch and company's visibility. Additionally, the Sales Representative engages in trade events to connect with potential customers and contribute to the overall company growth.
Legal Entity Representation:
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.Act as the primary liaison between the branch and legal authorities.Provide legal advice and support to the branch.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.Together with the Sales team from Vietnam to meet and exceed performance goals.Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes if needed.Monitor and report on branch performance.
