Job Intro

Cake is seeking highly intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated interns to join our Business Development teams to grow our business in Indonesia and aid our expansion to international markets.

As a Business Operations & Marketing Intern at Cake, you will have the opportunity to bring our Client's brand story to life in a way that invites, excites, and ignites top talent in Indonesia. You will work directly with the Business Development team in executing the local content strategy to position hiring partners as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business team and assist with their needs in terms of delivering the right marketing campaign.
• Create localized marketing materials and campaigns that are tailored to attract more users to apply for jobs on Cake.
• Create and Provide analytical insights about the performance of the marketing campaign and improvement suggestions to the business team.
• Provide new findings about the current hiring market trend.
• Increase the user experience of our chatbot system.

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

• Committed for a minimum 6-month period, with the option to extend (min. 3 days/week)
• Must have a great business sense, and think of the flow of the business as a whole.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin would be a plus point)
• Experience with creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Advance in Ms. Office Excel / Google sheet (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Hlookup, etc.)
• ❗Foreign applicants must possess an ARC and valid work permits.❗

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in business development.
• Having experience using data visualization tools (Tableau / Looker Studio / PowerBI) would be a plus point.
