Accounting Assistant 會計助理 (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

We’re looking for a passionate Finance & Accounting talent to join our core business and operations team, who enjoy problem-solving, optimizing operation flows, owning issue analyses, and building team culture, and help Cake grow. You will work with cross functions for holistic view and solutions, including Product, Business, and Operations teams.

你將會幫助我們 

• 收入發票開立及收入報表對帳。
• 審核各項費用憑證並統整。
• 各項收入費用立帳及沖帳。
• 帳冊整理作業。
• 協助每月結帳作業,報表結算及相關報表準備。
• 協助各項稅務申報資料統整。
• 收款追蹤。
• 財會資料整理歸檔。
• 協助商務、營運團隊與客戶進行財務相關問題協商及問題解決。

我們希望你

• 商學科系大學畢業含以上學歷並修過會計課程。
• 能獨立思考財務會計問題，擁有良好邏輯與分析能力，並思考處理解決問題方向。
• 擅長使用 MS Office (Word, Excel)或 Google Sheet, Google Doc 或 MacOS Page, Numbers。
• 具備中級以上的聽說讀寫英文能力，將會需要與團隊海內外夥伴溝通。
• 對財務會計域充滿熱情，且能夠透過經驗和實例證明自己有很強的學習與解決問題的能力。
• 喜歡了解企業商務營運模式，樂於思考不斷幫助公司成長階段性優化財務會計營運。
• 良好的溝通與傾聽技能，樂於促進團隊合作。
• 對於 Cake 與加入有挑戰高成長環境有熱忱。
