We are looking for a "Founder-in-the-making" to join our Vietnam Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Working directly with our Regional Manager, you will be the engine that powers our experimental growth phase. Your strategic impact lies in turning market ambiguity into a predictable revenue pipeline. You will lay the groundwork for how Vietnam’s largest employers (from tech giants to semiconductor fabs) view recruitment marketing and AI-driven talent hunting.

This is not a rigid sales job; it is a collaborative entrepreneurship journey with high experimental freedom, trial-and-error, and direct mentorship from a 10+ year industry veteran.


Your Strategic Impact & Responsibilities

  • Market Research & ICP Mapping: Conduct deep-dive research on Vietnam’s corporate and tech sectors to analyze hiring trends, track competitor models, and assist the Regional Manager in refining our target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Lead Generation & Data Scraping: Own the top-of-the-funnel B2B pipeline by proactively hunting for, qualifying, and building out high-value corporate lead lists across target industries.
  • Pipeline Architecture & Tracking: Implement and maintain a highly disciplined CRM tracking system to map out company contacts, stakeholder organizational charts, and outbound touchpoints, keeping data clean and actionable.
  • Outbound Outreach Execution: Draft, launch, and monitor creative outbound B2B campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold networking to consistently secure exploratory discovery pitches for the team.

Consultative Product & Pricing Support: Collect market feedback on employer willingness-to-pay to help iterate regional service pricing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Identity: Vietnamese national or native speaker (deeply fluent in the cultural and corporate landscape of Vietnam)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional work experience or high-intensity internship experience in business settings.
  • Language: Absolute fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Commitment: Available for a full-time, contracted commitment of a minimum of 12 months (with potential for long-term permanent conversion based on performance).
  • Location Flexibility: Willing to be stationed and trained in Taipei, Taiwan, with the flexibility to travel to Vietnam for key business campaigns if required.

Bonus: Previous experience in Sales, Recruitment, or high-growth leadership roles. Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
