Salary

Very competitive. (no upside, salary package depends on your contributions and performance. The range you see is the base salary.)
 

Responsibilities

Drive teams to develop new markets in APAC (especially for SEA and India) and the US, and accelerate Cake's mass adoption in Taiwan.

  • Analyze your territory, design and execute your territory strategy
  • Following up marketing leads from a variety of campaigns
  • Profile customer demographics
  • Understand customer interests and the current environment
  • Articulate the value proposition and relevant use cases for a variety of Cake Talent Services to prospective clients
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve campaign goals while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple campaigns concurrently


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record of 1) driving teams to expand into new markets (develop new businesses, partnerships, expand into new territories etc.) and 2) managing large sales (2M+ USD businesses annually, creating 500K+ USD new businesses etc.), and 3) helping businesses/clients success through your tailored services.

  • 3+ years of work experience in business development, sales, account management, and business consulting or 1+ years of dedicated entrepreneurial experience
  • Critical thinker who is passionate about creating and implementing solutions
  • Effective communicator who is clear in putting across thoughts and ideas
  • Effective coordinator who is able to lead teams from marketing, business, and tech backgrounds to get things done
  • Must be result-oriented, and always focus on driving results in a measurable way to ensure we stay focused on the highest-impact initiatives
  • A great leader with determination, flexibility, and imagination, and always be willing to change and develop new opportunities for all
  • Competent English ability required
