Salary 薪資

Very competitive. (no upside, salary package depends on your contributions and performance. The range you see is the base salary.)

Responsibilities 職位範疇

1. Business Development in Semiconductor/Electronics 半導體/電子產業商務開發

• Develop and expand partnerships with companies in the Southern Taiwan Science Park and the broader semiconductor/electronics industry.
  與南部科學園區及更廣泛的半導體/電子產業公司建立並拓展合作關係。

• Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to introduce Cake’s talent solutions.
  分析產業趨勢，並找出導入 Cake 人才解決方案的合作機會。

• Drive collaboration opportunities across the value chain (IC design, manufacturing, equipment, materials, etc.).
  推動半導體產業鏈各環節（IC 設計、製造、設備、材料等）的合作機會。

2. Government Partnerships & Ecosystem Building 政府合作與生態系建置

• Initiate and manage partnerships with government agencies (e.g., 高雄市青年局 and other local authorities).
  發起並管理與政府機構（如高雄市青年局及其他地方單位）的合作關係。

• Design and execute engagement strategies that align Cake’s services with regional talent development and youth employment initiatives.
  設計並執行與 Cake 服務相結合的策略，推動區域人才發展及青年就業。

• Collaborate with public sector stakeholders to co-create programs that strengthen the local tech talent pipeline.
  與公共部門利害關係人合作，共同打造強化在地科技人才管道的專案。

3. Ecosystem Development 科技人才生態系發展

• Build and nurture relationships within the Southern Taiwan tech and talent ecosystem.
  建立並維繫南台灣科技與人才生態系中的關係網絡。

• Map ecosystem stakeholders, from universities and training institutions to industry associations and HR networks.
  系統性盤點並連結生態系中的利害關係人，包括大專院校、培訓機構、產業協會及人資網絡。

• Represent Cake at industry events, government forums, and ecosystem gatherings.
  代表 Cake 參與產業活動、政府論壇與生態系聚會。

4. Territory & Campaign Management 區域與專案推進

• Design and execute business development strategies for the Southern Taiwan region.
  設計並執行南台灣的商務發展策略。

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and transform them into partnerships.
  跟進行銷活動產生的潛在客戶，並轉化為合作關係。

• Articulate the value proposition and use cases of Cake’s talent solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  向客戶及合作夥伴清楚傳達 Cake 人才解決方案的價值與應用情境。

• Manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously, ensuring both internal alignment and client satisfaction.
  同時管理多個專案與合作關係，確保內部團隊協調一致並提升客戶滿意度。
