Job Intro

Cake started in Taiwan with the mission of creating a global professional talent community that connects job seekers and employers. In 2023, we established our Vietnam office, targeting the Vietnamese market due to its significant potential. Moving forward, we aim to continue being a pivotal force in the global labor market.

We are looking for self-motivated interns to join our dynamic Business Team to grow our business in Vietnam and support our international expansion. As a Business Operations & Marketing Intern at Cake, you will have the opportunity to bring our Client's brand story to life in a way that invites, excites, and ignites top talent in the Vietnam Market. You will work closely with the Business Development Team in executing the local content strategy to position hiring partners as an employer of choice.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy, business operations, employer brand promotion, and local recruitment marketing activities in key markets, including Vietnam.
  • Localize global content for the regional market, adapting campaigns and relevant content for different segments.
  • Understand local hiring/recruiting trends and provide insight to regional.
  • Create and curate content on key social media platforms, career sites, and other relevant touch-points through creative storytelling, leveraging employee advocacy, stories, and multimedia.
  • Promote hiring activities such as career fairs, hackathons, and local internship programs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Partners (clients) and stakeholders to understand and support their talent attraction goals.

  

Requirements

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Experience with creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing tools to support local content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

You'll be an ideal candidate if you are a:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in Vietnamese.
  • Effective communicator in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.

 

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in business development.  

Interview process

There are three main stages in our interview process:

  1. Online Logical Test
  2. Video Interview
  3. Onsite Final Interview

Additional Notes Before You Apply

🗓️ Please make sure you can dedicate yourself to this internship at least 3 days a week for a consecutive 6 months.

🚩 This position requires candidates to work fully on-site at our Taipei Office.

❗ Foreign applicants must possess an ARC and valid work permits.
