Job Intro

At Cake, we partner with top-tier companies across a wide range of industries to organize premier talent matching events. Having successfully hosted high-impact events such as the Cake 2023 Career Fair and the 2024 Digital & International Talent Job Fair, we are poised for even greater expansion. As we continue to increase the number and diversity of these events, we are seeking talented Account Executive Intern to join us and drive our future success.

As an Account Executive Intern at Cake, you will play a supportive role in our recruitment events, with a focus on campaign execution. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of both detailed project management and high-level strategic thinking. Responsibilities

You'll be working closely with regional Business Teams and Marketing Teams to achieve our global mission - building the largest talent pool in APAC.

• Event Execution: Execute recruitment events in collaboration with companies, initiating impactful business activities to boost brand awareness and revenue. This includes overseeing all campaign marketing details, tracking performance / budget, and managing event execution (online, offline, and hybrid).
• Performance Tracking and Quality Management: Efficiently oversee day-to-day account activities, monitor account status, prepare and analyze performance reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize connections. 
• Social Marketing: Plan, build, and grow Cake's job-seeking communities. Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase engagement and drive application.

Qualifications

• Critical thinker who is passionate about creating and implementing solutions
  
• Have a passion for turning ideas into reality
• Effective communicator who is clear in putting across thoughts and ideas
• Currently enrolling in a Bachelor’s degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than one year, and is available at least 3 days a week
• Experiences in communications and marketing
• Results-oriented and always focusing on driving results in a measurable way to ensure we stay focused on the highest impact initiatives
