Job Intro

We are seeking a smart and quick learner to join our core business team in Taipei as a Business Development Intern. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our partners and driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. This internship offers a hands-on experience and the unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated mentor who will guide you throughout your journey. It's an excellent chance to transition from the classroom to the business world and gain invaluable professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Attending business meetings with our partners and understanding their needs.
• Preparing for the pitch deck/performance reports to our partners.
• Coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure the recruitment project meets the goal.
• Analyzing data by using different tools including Google Analytics, Mixpanel and providing insights for business development/account management.
• Assisting in internal/external business events.

Who You Are

• Currently enrolling in a Bachelor’s degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than two years.
• Quick learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle hard problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who is determined to lead change and make a real impact.
• Critical thinker who is passionate about creating and implementing efficient and effective solutions.
• Collaborative communicator who is clear in putting across thoughts and ideas (competent English ability required).
• Strong coordinator who is able to drive key stakeholders from cross-functional teams to get things done.

Additional Notes Before You Apply

🔑 Candidates who are available to be considered and potentially join us as full-time members before the end of September 2025 will be prioritized according to our business needs.
