Responsibilities
- Source and cultivate client relationships through targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms to consistently secure new business prospects.
- Survey the labor market to identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating an acute understanding of industry trends and client needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to corporate clients throughout the recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, emphasizing a commitment to sustained collaboration and mutual success.
- Actively engage in strategic marketing initiatives and networking endeavors to expand Cake's client base and market presence.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience with proven track record to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading comprehension of both English and Mandarin languages.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including adept communication, persuasive prowess, and strong negotiation skills to foster and secure client relationships.
- Proven capacity to cultivate and sustain robust client connections.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses a diligent work ethic, exhibits enthusiasm, a continuous learning mindset, and a determined ambition for professional advancement and personal growth.
