Content Marketing Manager/ Associate Manager

Here, you will collaborate with content marketing members across different markets to develop and implement high-impact strategies. Integrating content with product marketing strategies, you will help expand the Cake brand, and provide job seekers with a diverse and enriching content experience.

Cake’s marketing team is an international team with members based in Taiwan and overseas, including specialists of English, Indonesian, and Vietnamese content marketing and more. Responsibilities/ 職務內容

• Lead the development of SEO strategies: Conduct market research and competitive product analysis to develop and optimize keyword rankings in different markets (including English, Mandarin, Indonesian, Vietnamese, etc.). Monitor ranking results regularly throughout the development.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to develop Technical SEO optimization strategies based on the analysis with tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• Develop App Search Optimization strategies.
• Manage cross-market content marketing teams and assist team members in overseeing outsourcing resources.
• Leverage various content marketing strategies (such as email marketing, e-books, and landing pages) to help Cake achieve our business and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the Video Team, Social Media Marketing Team, Product Team, and Business Team to provide content support and drive various marketing and business initiatives.

• 領導 SEO 策略規劃：透過市場研究與競品分析，與跨國內容團隊成員規劃與優化多國語系的關鍵字排名（包含英文、中文、印尼文、越南文等），並定期追蹤成效。
• 使用 Screaming Frog、Google Search Console、Ahrefs、Semrush 等工具進行分析並與產品團隊合作規劃 Technical SEO 優化策略。
• App Search Optimization 策略規劃
• 管理跨市場的內容行銷團隊，並輔助團隊成員管理外部寫手團隊。
• 透過其他內容行銷策略（如 Eamil 行銷、白皮書、Landing Page 行銷等），幫助 Cake 達到商務和行銷目標。
• 與影音團隊、社群行銷團隊、產品團隊及商務團隊密切合作，提供內容支援，共同推動各種行銷和商務企劃。

Minimum Qualification/ 基本能力需求

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SEO & Content Marketing (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., GA, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, GTM, etc.), with the ability to use data to validate results and refine content strategies.
• Strong writing skills with logical clarity.
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills (both verbal and written).

• 2 年以上的團隊管理經驗
• 3 年以上 SEO 內容行銷經驗（ On-page / Off-page / Technical SEO)
• 熟悉數據分析工具 (例如 GA／Google Search Console／Ahrefs／Mixpanel / Looker Studio / GTM 等)，能透過數據佐證成果並調整內容策略
• 具備流暢且邏輯良好的寫作能力
• 良好的英文溝通協調能力（口語＆書寫）
