As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an English Social Media Marketing Intern. The ideal candidate must possess proven skills and/or experience in, particularly, global social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and relevant content for different social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
• Assist in developing and executing a social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives (Ads included).
• Assist in analyzing social media metrics to measure campaigns' effectiveness and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market trends, and competitors' social media activities to identify areas for improvement and enhance our current strategy.
• Be involved in other marketing functions as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Has a portfolio showcasing strong social media management and content creation skills (including copywriting, design, and video editing).
• Be familiar with common social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Supermetrics, etc.
• Possess the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Committed to a minimum 6-month internship period, working at least 3 days per week.

Bonus Qualifications

• Knows the HR industry or CV, interview, job search & career development-related knowledge.
• Experience working with influencers/KOLs.
• Certification in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification)
