Global SEO & Content Manager / SEO 全球內容行銷經理

We are looking for an experienced SEO expert to lead our growth efforts through an effective SEO strategy. In this role, you will map & optimize all Cake’s digital content to maximize our brand visibility in organic search results across the globe. You will also utilize your hard skills to influence marketing campaigns, copy, design & messaging to ensure best practices are followed in all the markets we’re targeting, currently there are Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam and English markets in the SEA region.

▲Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute successful SEO/SEM strategies.
• Manage all SEO activities such as content optimization, link building, keyword research, competitive analysis, meta-tag creation…etc.
• Set and own SEO traffic and customer acquisition goals.
• Track and analyze SEO performance with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Semrush, Ahrefs…etc.
• Improve search rankings across our existing keyword targets and analyze keyword opportunities to help us spot new areas for growth.
• Consistently monitor industry news, trends, and shifts to align with evolving SEO/SEM strategies.
• Mentor internal content writing members and manage external content writers. Currently, we have dedicated team members focusing on different markets including Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam and English speaking countries.

▲Minumum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as SEO/SEM manager or similar role
• Experience improving keyword (difficulty >50) ranking to Top 10
• Proven track record of increasing conversions or leads by SEO
• In depth knowledge and experience with Google Rich Results and technical SEO
• Excellent english writing skills
