[Indonesia] Senior PR & Brand Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Indonesian PR & Brand marketing talent (public relations, KOL/influencer marketing, partnership, event planning) to join us and grow Cake's brand. You will work closely with the marketing and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Approach influencers, KOLs and KOCs in Indonesia to seek opportunities for collaboration and execute collaboration with them from start to finish.
• Manage budget and maintain a cost-efficient influencer marketing activity.
• Come up with and execute various influencer marketing strategies and efforts to achieve Cake's marketing objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, communities, schools, companies, media and organizations in Indonesia.
• Shape and maintain brand image & quality in publication outputs of various formats, including but not limited to press release articles, advertisements, social media content in the form of images or videos, etc.
• Manage end to end marketing event process.
• Research, brainstorm, and support the execution for growth hacking in the Indonesian markets through different marketing strategies, including but not limited to content marketing, social media marketing, KOL marketing, partnership establishment, event/campaign marketing, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 or more years of experience working with influencers/KOLs.
• Experience in public relations, event planning, or community building.
• Strong negotiation skills to persuade relevant pirates for collaborations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Knowledge/Experience in the HR or recruitment industry.

Bonus Qualifications

• Social media management experience, e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Public speaking experience.
