Responsibilities

• Analyze your territory, design and execute your territory strategy
• Following up marketing leads from variety campaigns
• Profile customer demographics
• Understand customer interests and current environment
• Articulate the value proposition and relevant use cases for a variety of Cake Talent Services to prospective clients
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve campaign goals while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple campaigns concurrently

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in business development, sales and account management, and business consulting.
• Critical thinker who is passionate about creating and implementing solutions
  
• Effective communicator who is clear in putting across thoughts and ideas
• Effective coordinator who is able to lead teams from marketing, business, and tech backgrounds to get things done
• Must be result-oriented, and always be focusing on driving results in a measurable way to ensure we stay focused on the highest impact initiatives
• Great leader with determination, flexibility, and imagination, and always be willing to change and develop new opportunities for all
• Competent English and Bahasa Indonesia ability required

Bonus Qualifications

1. Driving teams to expand into new markets (develop new businesses, partnerships, expand into new territories etc.)
2. Managing large sales (2M+ USD businesses annually, creating 500K+ USD new businesses etc.)
