(Freelance/Piecework) Indonesian Content Assistant Internship

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Content Assistant to help us achieve our SEO goals in Indonesia.

In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing team, and assist with the article publication process based on our SEO strategy (take a look at our blog).

Core Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the article publication process, including proofreading, editing, and publishing.
• Create infographics and CV example images (using Cake CV-making tool) for articles.
• Help Cake develop Indonesian content plans & content marketing strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency,
• Ability to utilize design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator),
• Have a keen eye for design (having design experience is preferred),
• Meticulous, show great attention to small details,
• Able to publish a minimum of 4 articles per week,
• Committed for a minimum 3-month period, with the option to extend,
• Possess ARC and valid work permit.

Bonus Qualifications

• Basic HTML
• Knowledge in using Figma is preferred
• Ability to proofread content in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
• Copywriting & content creation experience
  
• Have knowledge/interest in HR-related topics

Interview Process
