Indonesian PR Marketing Intern (KOL & Event Marketing)

We're looking for passionate and self-motivated Indonesian PR marketing talent (public relations, KOL/influencer marketing, event planning) to join us and grow Cake's brand. You will work closely with the marketing and business teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Approach influencers/KOLs in Indonesia to seek opportunities for collaboration
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, communities, schools, companies, and organizations in Indonesia
• Work with the social media marketing team to execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Organize events and campaigns from ideation to execution
• Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, coordinating pre-event marketing with the marketing & business teams, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up and evaluation
• Research and brainstorm new ways/strategies for growth hacking & brand building

Basic Qualifications

• Have experience in working with influencers/KOLs
• Have experience in public relations, event planning, or community relations experience.
• Enjoys communicating with others and loves testing out different ideas or approaches to reach a goal
• A highly motivated, accountable, and persistent individual who can operate without close supervision
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Committed for a minimum 6-month period, with the option to extend (min. 3 days/week)
• ❗Foreign applicants should possess ARC and valid work permits.❗

Bonus Qualifications

• Have social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Able to generate appealing images/infographics and engaging content (tools: Photoshop, AI, Figma, etc.)
• Have public speaking and organization experience
• Have CV & interview related knowledge
