Job Intro / 職缺介紹

We are seeking a People Generalist to join our team, with a primary focus on day-to-day HR operations, workplace management, and compliance. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various HR functions, from improving processes and compliance to enhancing employee experience.

As part of our growing team, you’ll play a key role in driving both operational efficiencies and supporting broader People initiatives. This position offers great potential to expand into other areas of HR as Cake continues to evolve and scale.

 

Salary / 薪資資訊

NTD 720,000 - 1,080,000 annually (The salary package will depend on your contributions and proven HR experience.)

 

Responsibilities / 職務內容

You will be contributing to various HR projects and initiatives. However, we are also open to discussion on where you think you can rock and shine.

  • People Operations:
    • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal HR policies, payroll, work visa/permit and employee inquiries support.
    • Maintain accurate personal records and keep HRIS databases up to date, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in performance management cycles and support feedback sessions between managers and employees.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Collaborate with management on employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Assist in planning and executing employee events, team-building activities, and wellness programs that enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Labor Law / Government Compliance:
    • Support the team in handling employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions in alignment with labor laws.
    • Handle government compliance requests, audits, and ensure full adherence to statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Workplace Management (Strategic Focus):
    • ​​Provide strategic oversight of office management, workplace policies, and employee welfare.
    • Collaborate with the junior team member who will manage daily office operations (supplies, vendor management, etc.)

 

Requirements

Requirements / 能力需求

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in people operations, workplace management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to handle HR processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to resolve issues proactively.
  • Experience in payroll administration and managing labor-law-related compliance.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills to resolve issues arising in people operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Google Workspace skills (sheet, doc, slide, etc.).
  • Good English proficiency, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to take on different challenges and support teammates as needed.

  

Preferred Qualifications / 加分能力

  • Previous experience managing or mentoring junior staff.
  • Experience with international or expatriate HR management.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong can-do attitude, open to both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Experience in HR digitization projects that enhance the employee experience.
