About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement — across a defined industry vertical.
This is a 360° role that demands both exceptional interpersonal skills and a relentless drive to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates alike. You will be part of a high-performance team in a meritocratic, entrepreneurial environment where results are rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients through proactive business development, including cold outreach, networking events, and leveraging referrals.
- Conduct thorough briefing meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the role requirements, team dynamics, and organisational culture.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multi-channel recruitment strategies including headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
- Conduct competency-based and behavioural interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and present a shortlist of qualified professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation, contract management, and post-placement follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM/ATS system and provide market intelligence reports to clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets in line with team and company objectives.
- Provide informed advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- English: conversational level
- 1 – 6 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing, HR, Project Management or Recruitment consultancy
- Strong ability to build relationships at senior levels
- Ability to leverage AI tools and apply them effectively in work processes to enhance recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
Bonus Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experiences is a plus: ability to work under pressure and enjoy sales-related job roles
- Proven BD mindset – balanced short-term and long-term thinking; demonstrated track record of helping customers achieve business objectives beyond just selling product/service; ability to think like true partners and going outside the scope of sales or marketing function to help customers.
