[Vietnam] Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative professional from Vietnam to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist/Strategist. The ideal candidate must possess proven skills and experience in digital marketing, especially in growth hacking in the Vietnamese market. The role comes with a focus on social media marketing & design, therefore skills, experience, as well as a great eye for design are required along with a passion for social media and insights on various social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter).

Responsibilities:

• Research, brainstorm, and execute strategies for growth hacking in the Vietnamese markets (including but not limited to social media marketing, KOL marketing, partnership establishment, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, and manage social media accounts & content across various platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter), which includes designing visuals & editing copies to adhere to Cake’s brand tone & the audience’s style
• Monitor and analyze social media content performance analytics to come up with optimization strategies and plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including ideation, creating visuals tailored for each campaign, and working with the team to execute the campaign

Qualifications:

• Proven social media marketing & management experience (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, etc.)
• Have strong design skills & possess a keen eye for design
• Advanced proficiency in design software (including but not limited to Adobe PS, AI, AE, etc.) and Canva for team-working
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Vietnamese and English
• Able to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Enjoy communicating with others and loves testing out different ideas or approaches to reach a goal
• Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Meta Business Suite)
• Possess ability in video editing & the use of video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Motion, etc.)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Have knowledge about the HR industry or CV, interview, job search & career development-related knowledge
• Have knowledge about social media advertising
• Have 2B marketing experience (with experience generating leads or revenue)
• Have experience in creating landing pages (design & content), running marketing campaigns, and holding webinars.
