Job Intro

As the Talent Acquisition Intern, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to help candidates land their ideal roles at Cake. You will contribute directly to our recruitment processes, participate in outreach events, and enhance our employer branding efforts. If you’d like to make a real impact by helping us find the best talent for our team, we would love to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engage in end-to-end recruiting processes to ensure a great candidate journey, including proactive outreach, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Support with diverse recruiting tasks, such as posting job ads, preparing interview materials, and tracking interview results.
  • Participate in recruitment events (e.g., campus recruitment events, career fairs) to connect with potential candidates.
  • Participate in promoting employer branding initiatives through various events and activities.
  • Assist the People team with various HR tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university or graduate program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any business-related major.
  • Passionate about the field of Human Resources with a strongly motivated, curious, and willing-to-learn mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

 

Bonus Qualifications

  • Internship experience in HR or recruitment (consultant).
  • Familiarity with G suite and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Experience in graphic design and capable of using basic design tools.
