Job Description

Join the Cake team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and help us find the best talent for our company! As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our People team to bring the best talents to Cake. 


We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people find their dream jobs. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. If you are also a team player and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!


What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Intern

    • Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner and help people find their dream jobs at Cake.
    • Assist the team to manage the ins and outs of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
    • Get hands-on experience with a variety of recruiting tasks, such as posting job ads, preparing interview materials, and following up on interview results.
    • Attend recruiting events, such as campus recruitment and job fairs, and help us connect with potential candidates.
    • Make a real impact by helping us find the best people for our team.

    Who you are & What you will bring to Cake

    • College student or graduate student, human resources/business-related majors are preferred.
    • Good communication skills, able to build good relationships with people.
    • Strong organizational skills and execution.
    • Motivated, curious, and willing-to-learn mindset.
    • Competent English and Chinese ability required
    • Familiar with Google Workspace software is a plus.
    • Recruiting internship experience is preferred.

    Requirements

    Please note we prefer applicants who are able to demonstrate your uniqueness as a candidate, one that can bring value to Cake in a cover letter in English.

    Please note down 3–5 points describing evidence of exceptional ability related to this role (and achievement in this or other fields if any)
    * Professional / Academic: e.g. Leading the production of XX courses / month, 2nd Place, National University Debating Championship; Increased 50% sales within 2 months after revamping the flow structure as the main contributor; Acquired 20 top-tier clients within a year and reached 20% market penetration in a specific area.

    Interview process

    There are three main stages in our interview process:

    1. Video call with the Talent Acquisition Partner (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
    2. Take-home exercise & review
    3. Onsite interview (1.5 - 2 hours visiting)
