[Vietnam] Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist based in Vietnam to spearhead our brand’s local growth in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will possess a robust marketing & PR skill set, including but not limited to events & campaigns, partnerships, KOLs, and ideally, have connections within local media networks. The primary focus will be to elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute significantly to Cake’s SaaS and recruitment services in Vietnam.

While the primary focus of this position lies within Brand & PR, we foster an environment that encourages learning and collaboration across various marketing disciplines (e.g. SEO, SEM…etc). We believe in continuously expanding our knowledge and capabilities to drive holistic and effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and PR campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement within the Vietnamese market.
• Organize and manage local events and campaigns, leveraging connections to maximize reach and impact.
• Forge and maintain strong partnerships with key industry players, including KOLs, to enhance brand presence and credibility.
• Utilize local media networks and connections to secure media coverage and promote brand stories, enhancing public relations efforts.
• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing strategies, directly contributing to the growth of Cake’s SaaS and recruitment services.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to align local strategies with overall brand objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
• Advocate for the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, building a strong professional network in Vietnam.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven marketing experience, including successful user growth and brand awareness expansion in Vietnam.
• Solid B2B and B2C marketing expertise, particularly in strategizing and executing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand visibility.
• Skilled in various brand marketing strategies, with a focus on events, partnerships, and PR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse and international teams.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a track record of achieving KPIs.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong proficiency in both writing and speaking, to effectively engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
