Marketing Associate, Content Analytics Capital Layer · Taipei · Full-time About Capital Layer Capital Layer builds institutional infrastructure for stablecoin adoption in Asia. We provide banks and enterprises with the custody, compliance, and settlement systems they need to operate digital assets at institutional scale. We work with financial institutions across Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea — and our content is where that credibility gets built. Your job is to run the engine behind it. The Role You'll run Capital Layer's content engine: producing platform-native content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, LINE, and Instagram, and measuring what it returns. That means clipping video, designing posts, working with both English and Chinese content, managing the content calendar day to day — and tracking performance closely enough to know what to double down on. You'll also be the team's research arm for media and advertising options. This role suits someone who has grown accounts before, is fluent in what's trending and why, and treats data as the way to win — not just a report to file. What You'll Do Run the content engine. Own the content calendar and publishing cadence across our channels — aligned with campaigns and announcements, but with day-to-day posting decisions in your hands Own the event content line. Turn every talk, interview, and event appearance into reusable content assets — transcripts, short-form clips, graphics, and follow-up posts — finding the hook and story that best engages each platform's audience Create social content. Design post visuals, carousels, thumbnails, and video graphics with a strong, consistent aesthetic; write captions and posts in both English and Chinese Repurpose and localize. Adapt one piece of content into multiple platform-native formats and across EN/ZH audiences — including running our LINE official account (broadcasts, rich messages, channel content) Measure and report. Track content and channel performance, maintain our marketing metrics, and connect what we spend to what it returns — your analysis feeds the team's decisions Research media and ad opportunities. Scope out offline and out-of-home options — e.g., HSR, MRT, and airport ad space — plus digital placements: gather pricing, audience data, and formats, and build comparisons that support media decisions Support the broader marketing engine — campaigns, event coverage, community engagement
