Effectively and promptly resolve matters related to customer business transactions, complete accurate reports within the time limit, and serve as a communication bridge between business, operations and customers.
* Education: University degree or above, business related majors are preferred
* Work experience: More than one year working experience in banking is preferred
* Language skill
