Senior Technician, IT Site Services
Job Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
* Provides direct support on all IT technical problems on the factory floor production lines
* Completes computer setup, operating system, clients software update, security patching and follows up on audit issues
* Provides daily support to end users and resolves eHelpdesk tickets
* Assists IT Solutions/Infrastructure Assistant or above on all functions
Requirements
* Customer service orientation
* Troubleshooting & problem resolving skills
* Good Communication (both oral and written)
* Good knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment.
* Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
* Fundamental knowledge of infrastructure diagnostic tools and processes
* Fundamental knowledge of end-point security management tools and processes
