Job Description:

As a Managing Director of Mapleau, you’ll formulate the business strategies, lead the implementation, and drive the growth of the company. We are looking for a high-caliber candidate who is keen to take on challenges, embrace financial technologies, and initiate collaboration with business partners in Taiwan and from overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and transform the business of Mapleau
• Work closely with board members to devise innovative business strategies and re-define the business model
• Lead the execution of the business plan to expand market coverage, initiate and deepen collaboration with new business partners
• Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring, and retention of personnel.
• Manage and report key metrics of business performance to ensure the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to enhance market positioning and promote products and services to increase sales.

主要工作內容：

• 引領臻美科技的轉型及成長
• 你將與董事會成員密切合作，擬定創新的商業策略並重新定義臻美科技的營利模式。董事會成員皆為金融科技、AI公司、美國券商、具有CFA、CFP國際證照
• 帶領公司的業務計畫執行工作，以擴大市場覆蓋率並啟動及深化與商業夥伴的合作
• 管理資源，包括招募、僱用和管理團隊。
• 管理並報告經營績效，追蹤關鍵營運指標，以確保營銷策略的有效實施，以強化市場定位並推廣產品和服務以增加銷售額。

【所需技能】

數位行銷、熟悉美股、ETF。對金融機構有認識，對技術略懂（不需Coding ）

Working from 09:30(GMT+8) till 22:00 Cross time zone between Europe, US East Coast.

【Requirements】

BA degree in business administration, MIS, or technical field.

5+ years experience in business development

Basic understanding of databases and tools (e.g., Java, Javascript, API, BI )

Conversational of English communication

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast pace environment

【Preferred】

Knowledge of finance or expertise in the financial /Fintech sector is a plus

Experience in US / ETFs connection and trading protocols would be a plus
