• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in electrical or mechanical engineering
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in tech, engineering, IT, telecom industry.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and communicating with several parties simultaneously
• Customer service experience
• Strong English and Mandarin Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills, ability to work well under pressure
• Punctuality and reliability, flexibility and can-do attitude
• Responsiveness and quick reaction as needed for intervention or troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel
