The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured, accelerated development program designed for recent graduates to become future business leaders at CCEP Indonesia.
You will undergo a comprehensive 24-month development program that includes formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship within and across functions.
Profil demandé
1. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
2. Active involvement in organizational or social activities.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Agile, curious, and passionate about growth.
5. High ability to analyze complex cases.
6. Willingness to be assigned across Indonesia.
