Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing posts, including graphics, captions, and short videos for platforms like Instagram & Facebook.
• Scheduling & Publishing: Use Colega AI’s to plan, schedule, and publish posts across various channels.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and tags to foster positive interactions with followers and maintain our brand’s voice.
• Trends & Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and brand strategies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.).
• Basic skills in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
