Job Description

工作內容


  • Play a system admin role to manage CRM data to ensure the timely record on IFT works, customer information/segmentation and customer experience.
  • Leverage CRM and other available data platform to generate meaningful data analytic, reports and dashboard to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Support on commercial operation related affairs, including In-field team excellence, target allocation, territory alignment and incentive operations.
  • As an application champion to support on SFE report generation and other ad hoc reports.
  • Support sales operations
  • Support meeting & event governance



    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Solid experience in SFE, commercial excellence or business intelligence.
    • Solid knowledge on CRM, Sales Force Excellence tools and systems with knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of pharmaceutical industry.
    • Knowledge in biopharma area and knowledge of commercial aspects of finance principles and processes the business will be a strong advantage
    • Advanced Excel skill is a must. Also be familiar with other analytic software and tool will be preferred
    • Strong attention to detail, data management skills, and knowledge of CRM systems are essential for this role.
    • Advanced analytical skills including development of dashboards, KPIs and measurements in CRM system.
    • With excellent visualization skills, transform data and information into visually appealing.
    • Experienced in working cross functionally in a matrix organization. Ability to get work done through people, irrespective of reporting relationships. Must be able to influence upwards.
    • Proficient in English written communication.
