Job Description
職位重點在預測、開發並持續優化流程、系統和數據的營運與支持策略，以滿足當前及未來的業務需求。跨職能協作推動營運簡化並提升業務成效
主要職責
1. 報告與分析
- 透過 MS Power BI 或其他 BI 工具，準備及時、準確的業務績效報告和分析。
- 支持內部利益相關者準備複雜和臨時分析報告，提供業務洞察。
- 與貿易部門合作，使用多來源數據管理執行月度銷售預測。
2. 系統與數據管理
- 確保 CRM 系統 (Veeva) 的數據完整性，包括數據治理、管理、用戶培訓和溝通。
- 支持內部工具與流程實施，並執行相關的 UAT（用戶驗收測試） 和培訓。
3. 團隊支援與優化
- 協助Sales與Marketing Team解決系統資料上的問題。
- 提出改善及優化 BI 報告和新解決方案（與全球/區域團隊協作）。
Requirements
- 2 年以上資深 BI/數據分析經驗。
- 精通 Power BI 等 BI 工具及 Excel（含 Power Query/Pivot）。
- 精熟 CRM 系統（Veeva 尤佳），具備數據治理、UAT 及實施經驗。
- 熟悉SQL及關係型資料庫操作
