Job Description
【主要工作內容】
1. 廠區設施維護 (60％)： 廠務設備報修聯繫、修繕進度追蹤、確保運作效率。
2. 行政庶務與資產管理 (10％)： 前台訪客接待、郵件包裹收發、午餐訂購及公文遞送。
3. 機動專案支援 (30％)： 配合工廠排班或設備搶修，執行臨時性機動任務。
【待遇福利】
月薪：40,000 - 50,000 元 (依經驗核薪)
獎金：三節獎金 (每節3,600 元)、期滿獎金 (1個月)
Requirements
【應徵條件】
1. 實務經驗： 具備總務維修、工廠後勤或社區物業管理經驗者優先。
2. 核心能力： 具備多方協調能力（廠商接洽、跨部門管理），能獨立管理外包進度。
3. 個人特質： 具備高度服務熱誠、靈活度與處理突發任務的彈性。
