Job Description
1. CRM 與數據管理（Data Integrity）
- 執行 Salesforce CRM 的數據管理，確保客戶、帳戶、區域等數據的準確性與完整性。
- 協助維護 HCP/HCO（醫療專業人員/機構）分級與區域劃分，為業務團隊提供清晰的目標。
- 遵循治理規範，管理數據變更請求、追蹤與文件化。
2. 銷售報告與商業洞察（Reporting & Analytics）
- 使用 Power BI 製作、維護與驗證自動化銷售儀表板與報告。
- 核對每日/每月銷售數據，確保資料在各系統間的一致性。
- 支援季度目標設定與區域劃分，統整 Excel 和 Power BI 數據。
3. 流程自動化與優化（Automation & Excellence）
- 設計與實施 Power Automate 流程，將重複性的報告與營運流程自動化，大幅提升工作效率。
- 跨部門協作，識別流程瓶頸，並推動持續性改善專案。
- 建立關鍵工作流程文件與標準作業程序 (SOP)。
Requirements
必備技能與特質
- 數據與分析力： 具備強烈分析思維、邏輯推理與解決問題的能力。
- 細節與準確性： 具備關注細節和追求數據準確性的特質
- 語言能力： 具備流利的書寫與口說英文溝通能力。
加分項
- 有 Power BI Desktop（數據建模、報告建構）經驗。
- 有 Power Automate（工作流程自動化）知識或經驗。
- 熟悉 Salesforce CRM 系統。
- 精通 Excel 進階功能 (如 Power Query、樞紐分析、VLOOKUP)。
