Job Description

Main Tasks:

- Coordinating with other PCM team members to support daily tasks assigned (Plans route, allocate shipments against available capacity under “best cost” – “ best service” concept…)

- Doing tasks in Cargo-Wise (CW1)- DHL specified application, Carrier Booking Flatforms..

- Supporting to maintain internal system (Carrier Surcharges, MTS System..)

- Follow up with other Teams within AFR Department (Customer service, Operations, Handling at airport..) to complete shipment tasks

- Track-Trace shipments following to SOP (Service Operation Procedures) agreed with customers, especially for VIP accounts

- Communicating with AFR Vendors (Carriers) to deal prices as well as space arrangement under Senior person’s guideline

Requirements

 Requirements:

- Can work full time

- Capable to learn new knowledge fast

- Logical thinking as well as problem solving well, work under pressure

- “Out-going” and “open-mind” characteristics

- Fluent English and Excel skills – preferred
