Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven TAP Executive to lead and support our TikTok Affiliate Partnership operations. This role will focus on identifying and recruiting suitable TikTok creators, managing affiliate collaborations, and boosting GMV through strategic content and partnership execution on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Recruitment: Identify, approach, and onboard TikTok creators (affiliates) who align with campaign and product goals.
  • Campaign Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Affiliate campaigns — from briefing creators, tracking performance, to coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor GMV, CTR, and conversion rates of affiliate content. Propose actions to improve content efficiency and ROI.
  • Content Direction: Guide creators on content ideas, hooks, and key selling points aligned with TikTok trends and product USPs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, MCNs, and platform reps. Ensure timely delivery and creator satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly generate performance reports and insight decks. Identify top-performing creators and content formats for future scaling.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with TikTok Shop teams, brand leads, and media buyers to align on affiliate strategies and budget use.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or creator management.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok platform, creator economy, and short-form video trends.
  • Experience working with TikTok Creator Center, Affiliate Tools, or MCN platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — comfortable dealing with talents and brand reps.
  • Results-oriented mindset — confident working with data and KPIs (e.g., GMV, ROI, CTR).
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
  • Vietnamese and English proficiency required (or adapt as needed based on location).
