Presales Engineer

Customer Consultation and Support:

• Advise customers on network device and Wi-Fi SMB solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Address customers' technical inquiries, propose solutions, and technical recommendations.
• Assist customers in comprehending and resolving technical challenges related to TP-Link's SMB products.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends within the realm of enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with competitor products and perform comparative analyses with TP-Link's offerings.

Sales Department Support:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.

Training and Education:

• Develop product documentation to enhance the sales team's and customers' understanding of products.
• Organize training sessions for the sales team regarding new products and solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

• Possess broad knowledge of network and Wi-Fi products and solutions.
• Capable of conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on security surveillance systems, wired and wireless networking.
• Solid understanding of surveillance and security technologies, as well as networking principles and solution.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication
• Certification in network or security management (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) is a plus.
