TALENT REQUIREMENTS
How does a future Business Leader look like?

• Education: Fresh graduated in any major, GPA from 7/10 (3.0/4.0)
• Experience: Less than 3 years of experience
• Language: English fluency (IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 750)
• Working Condition: Willing to move nationwide & globally in the future
• Speciality: Any major could be UNIQLO's Management Candidate

Recruitment Process

Round 01: Screening & Aptitude Test (Now - 10 December 2024)

Round 02: UMC Information Sharing Session (15 November - 29 November 2024)

Round 03: 1st Interview (18 & 19 December 2024)

Round 04: Store Experience (06 - 10 January 2025)

Round 05: Final Interview (22 & 23 January 2025)

Onboarding: 3 March 2025
