Consortia Group, a leading provider of outsourcing solutions to financial institutions, is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our growing engineering team in Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for a strong technical leader who is passionate about building scalable software solutions, driving innovation, and mentoring a team of talented developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring best practices in design, security, and scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and execution to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement agile methodologies, streamline workflows, and enhance development efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure software quality through comprehensive software testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
• Optimize workflows, tools, and development methodologies for efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 5 or more developers.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong experience in software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (must-have).
