新進人員可以直接進行遠距嗎?

對於新進夥伴，會在完成訓練與瞭解工作模式後自由選擇是否遠距或是到司工作，平均訓練與適應期為2週至6週。

公司工作模式為何?

公司分工有 PM、Designer與Developer，PM直接面對客戶，非PM人員不需與客戶溝通。 專案採用部分 Scrum 精神與Kanban方法管理進度，每週一檢討與確認工作進度，其餘每天早上進行 10分鐘 Daily Scrum會議確認進度，8:30上班，5:30收工，另，每月選定一天進公司進行全員會議，確認工作目標與感情聯繫。
