Product Innovation Specialist (Beverage / FMCG) | Remote

As a Product Innovation Specialist at DaoHer Beverage, you will play a key role in developing new beverage products and bringing them to market. This role works closely with R&D, marketing, and creative partners to transform product concepts into market-ready products, from formulation coordination to packaging and label development.

Responsibilities｜工作內容

Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and launch new beverage products
與研發團隊合作，參與新產品開發與上市流程

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch timelines
跨部門溝通協作，確保產品開發與上市進度順利推進

Create and manage product labels and packaging materials for new product launches
負責新產品標籤與包裝內容製作與管理

Develop artwork and visual materials for packaging, and coordinate with external agencies when needed
製作產品包裝與相關視覺素材，並與廣告公司或設計夥伴合作

Support packaging concepts and product positioning aligned with brand strategy
協助產品定位與包裝概念發想，確保與品牌策略一致

Assist in preparing product launch materials and internal product documentation
協助準備產品上市相關素材與內部產品資料

Participate in international exhibitions or business trips (approximately 1–2 times per year)
參與海外展會或商務出差（每年約 1–2 次）

Bachelor’s degree or above

大學以上學歷

Experience in FMCG, beverage, food, advertising agency, or related industries is preferred
具 FMCG、食品飲料或廣告公司相關經驗者佳

Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
具備良好跨部門溝通與協作能力

Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
中英文流利（口說與書寫）

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and execution ability
具備細心與良好執行能力

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
能適應快速變動的工作環境

Preferred Qualifications｜加分條件

Background in advertising agency, design, or creative production
具廣告公司或設計相關背景者佳

Experience in packaging design or product labeling development
具產品包裝或標籤製作經驗

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
熟悉 AI 與 Photoshop 設計軟體

Interest in beverage, food, and consumer brands
對食品飲料與品牌產品開發有興趣
